  1. Have you ever frozen the cream cheese? I'd love to get the free stuff now but use it around Christmas for holiday goodies. I'm not even sure what the shelf life is in the fridge. :)

  2. Carmen - I have frozen cream cheese and it works fine once defrosted for cooking with it. It tends to separate a little bit after it has been frozen, so I don't use it on a bagel or anything like that, but if you mix it up, it is fine for baking!

  4. Ugh, every time I go to the local KS, I have coupon issues. They made me feel like a thief yesterday with the $5 Q on the cream cheese; had to ask two upper management people. They finally decided to except it. My experiences at Safeway are much more personable and nice (even giving me cash refunds without question when things don't ring up correctly).

That being said, I wanted to add that Boca is included in the buy 10 and save. I'm going to look for a Q but it was a good item to add to my cart to get to ten items, along with Fusion drinks at 49 cents and Mac N cheese at 49 cents (and if you didn't print the Q before, you can still play that silly game and get one to make two for free).

also, the small mountain yogurts are on sale 2/$1. I'm hoping to find a Q for these to make them free also.

    Happy shopping!

  5. Sorry to hear about your experience with the cream cheese. Funny, as I have many more issues couponing at Safeway, so it shows it really varies by store. Last time I was in Safeway the cashier proceeded to tell me they no longer accepted internet printed coupons!

Thanks for the heads up on the other deals!
