Was at Target today (Fri, 4/9/10), and didn't find any bulbs for sale for $2.99 a piece. The lowest sale price was $5.00, and it was usually for a single bulb. Not a bad price when you factor in the coupons, but not as nice as the prices (plus manufacturers discount) that Costco has recently had, which were about $100 per 100 watt equivalent bulbs.
