Safeway has decided not to participate any longer in the Cellfire ecoupon program. You can still clip Cellfire coupons for King Soopers though, so not completely bad news on the Cellfire front. If you already have Cellfire coupons saved to your Safeway card, you can still use them through their expiration date.
I just noticed this today! But if you go to Safeway's website, they like KS, are offering a lot of the same cellfire coupons on their site. And ironically, my cellfire had the most KS coupons I've ever seen on there today! :)
