It's like getting the backpack for FREE after the gift card, limit one rebate per household. Just keep in mind that you aren't getting a check, just a Staples gift card - but Staples has some great deals so you shouldn't have any problem finding something to spend it on.
Staples also has reams of paper for only $.01 after easy saver rebate! That is a great price to stock up on some coupon printing paper.
